Transmission: 4 speed, close ratio, Ford toploader with DWT road race kit.
   
Differential: Ford 9 inch.  Original small bearing housing.
   
Steering: Manual steering box modified by Shelby. Shelby quick steer pitman & idler arms.
   
Front suspension: Stock with lowered upper A-Arm mount by Shelby.
   
Rear suspension: Stock, with override traction bars and rear sway bar installed at Shelby. Panhard bar installed by Gus Zuidema at Harr Ford.
   
Shock Absorbers: Koni, original date coded 1966.
   
Brakes: Front, Ford Kelsey Hayes disc. Rear, Ford drum.
   
Fuel tank: “R Model” two bottom tank, as installed by Shelby American. Bladder & foam by ATL.
   
Gauges: Carroll Shelby logo gauges in “R Model” dash.
   
Wheels: Torque Thrust GT “R Model” five spoke from PSE.
   
Spares:

Original engine from 1968 season.  C8FE four bolt main block.  Cobra intake manifold and oil pan.  Holley carburetor with LeMans bowls.

Original transmission.  Rare aluminum case Ford T-10.  Fresh from rebuild by Tex Racing.
